#lovinbalance – the details
#lovinbalance is a workout challenge that includes YouTube video workouts, a workout calendar, a progressive 5-minute plank sequence, and an Instagram share component. This challenge is intended to get you active, so the workouts are short and start out pretty gentle. They can also be a great addition to your current training routine. Follow the calendar with coordinating videos and post your daily photo to stay accountable for your progress. We will be running this challenge February 1st – 28th. Every Tuesday there will be a giveaway for the “most” creative Instagram (or Facebook) photo shared.
