In light of recommendations to distance yourself from others during the COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic we have adapted our previous #lovinbalance workout challenge to provide you with a 14-day home workout. This program integrates a workout calendar with YouTube video workouts (which can be found by visiting this playlist) and a progressive 5-minute plank sequence. These workouts are short and gentle with a focus on finding whole-life balance. Use this program as a means to stay calm, keep active and continue breathing during this stressful time. These workouts are also great to add to your normal fitness routine to keep yourself balanced, stable and flexible.
